Outstanding Relocation Support!

Nordic Relocation Group, and especially Minna, provided exceptional support throughout our relocation to Stockholm! From handling residence permit applications to setting up a bank account and social security number, everything was smooth and stress-free. The whole process took so much quicker than if we would do it on our own. Minna also very quickly found a fantastic apartment for us that perfectly matched our requirements—a rare find in Stockholm!

Beyond the essentials, she shared invaluable local insights, helped us set up BankID, and guided us through health insurance registration. Her expertise and kindness made our transition effortless.

NRG has been a great help ever since I relocated to Sweden few years ago from Singapore. Thanks to them, I was able to secure my first apartment here before I moved over, and had everything I need while waiting for the rest of the administration work to be done. And the process of getting the bank account, work & residence permit and ID have been very smooth too.

Ebba has been incredibly helpful since she started on my case. Even when I encountered some issues with my permit, she is able to guide me through the process and resolve it without much hassle. She is always open and patient with any questions and help that I may need with my permit. Really appreciated her great assistance a lot, many thanks!

I had a great experience with NRG helping me relocate from Egypt to Stockholm, Agneta did a superb job and always with a nice & friendly attitude. I had a great and professional experience with Nordic Relocation Group who handled the case of my partner's move to Sweden based of my work permit. The HR coordinator at the company I work for recommended me to this centre as they handle our company related work permits.

Our power of attorney, Annika Castro Ottoson, was so helpful and patient throughout the long processing time. She was always quick in responding to our concerns and took all the necessary next steps. We moved from Germany to Sweden with NRG and are completely satisfied. Our contact Ellen helped us with everything, including work permits, personal numbers, bank account, finding a house, finding schools and registering, and finding a moving company. Ellen also accompanied us to appointments and made sure everything was done correctly and every question was asked.

Ellen is always very nice, organized, helpful, and quick in responding.

What is not to be taken for granted is that Ellen continued to advise us even after the "assignment" was completed when we had problems and offered help.

We are very happy and would plan an international move with NRG again.
