I did deep powder snowmobiling safari with them yesterday and it was so much fun. We were a small group of three, drove about an hour to the starting point and the guide first gave a clear detailed brief then the fun started. We rode in open fields in deep snow for over two hours and then had some hot drinks. Carried on riding in a beautiful forest after that going up and down the hills, the guide knew the area really well and took us to an awesome viewpoint. Lunch was the best ever I had in Rovaniemi excursions so far, the guide catered for everyone's dietary requirements. He even had corns on a stick ? We had some more time and rode about an hour more after lunch which was great fun. Could really feel the speed of the snowmobile which was very thrilling. Our guide and the driver Ismail who took us back to the city centre were very polite, informative and professional. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a real adventure with the snowmobiling in a small group.

I highly recommend Lapland Welcome. They have a great variety of tours to offer, and are a great one stop shop when visiting the Lapland region and Rovaniemi. Veli is fantastic and very knowledgeable about the region, and I found his staff and guides to be great. The Northern Lights photography tour is a really cool experience that provides a great opportunity to see the auroras from an ideal vantage point. I strongly recommend people to visit this lovely, beautiful region and trust Veli and Lapland welcome

Snowshoeing was kind of a joke. Started 90 minutes after the start time. We walked (unnecessarily) in deep snow just off a road looping in and then out back to the road, so it wasn’t really a snowshoe trail or hike of any sort. In the middle of the experience we stopped for barbecue in a teepee, while nice, it wasn’t what we thought we’d be doing. Then we walked a simpler path back to the car and arrived back 45 minutes late. Of the almost 4 hours, we snowshoed for 49 minutes. It was pretty scenery, the guides were kind, but not very engaging and overall the outfit isn’t all that professional.

Gebucht haben wir „Snowmobile Safari to a Husky Farm with Husky Safari“ es war jeden Cent wert! Yusuf unser Guide war sehr zuvorkommen und lieb wir fühlen uns sofort gut aufgehoben bei ihn daher hätte der Tag für uns nicht besser laufen können, wir ( 4 erwachsener + Kind 9j ) haben jeden Sekunden genossen! Danke danke danke noch mal für alles Yusuf!

Belle expérience, nous avons réservés la visite de la ferme des rennes avec le tour de traîneau 500 mètres (le patron insiste pour ne pas décevoir, c'est un petit tour) ainsi que la balade en motoneige. L'équipe était géniale Philoïde et son collègue l'espagnol d'ibiza ( j'ai plus son nom ?), le plus expérimenté un blond.
La visite de la ferme, vous pouvez faire des photos en donnant à manger aux rennes, plus petit tour de traîneau et explications sur la vie des rennes.
La balade en motoneige c'était le top, on s'est arrêté pour une collation dans un tipi traditionnel avec un feu de camps à l'intérieur pour griller des saucisses et autres spécialités. On a terminé par un grand lac gelé pour des photos magnifiques.

We did the midnight sun special . There were 3 of us on the tour . Our guides were Anthony and Reta . They were both excellent . Anthony was a great guide , knowledgeable and highly entertaining. Some of us were vegetarian and we were well catered for . Nothing was too much trouble for them . The tour itself was great . A great tour with fantastic guides . Highly recommended

I have been going with this company 13 times in 10 years now, accumulating to 109 days and my 14th time is booked for march 2024.
Lapland Welcome has many safaris but specifically the Northern Lights Tour is the best you can possibly have. Lapland Welcome has a huge private hill which oversees a vast sky of some 8000 km2 with a horizon at some 70 km (specific photo attached). As you are on a high hill you will see a sky stretching very far over that already far horizon. This hill has its own micro climate which is able to open a not to thick cloud cover (specific photo attached). The weather system is volatile so chasing holes in the clouds is no realistic option and therefor very bad for the environment. Chasing the lights is nonsense anyway as they are at a minimum level of 80km up to 350km above the surface of the planet so the circle of visibility is some 600 km on average. If you want to get closer to them you'd have to drive at least 300 km which will take you at least 4 hours and by that time the lights will have moved anyway. So no... chasing is madness unless you can get from under the clouds but as I already said that is hardly an option too. From the Lapland Welcome hill we have seen the lights at distances of 1200+ km away because they are that high above the Earth and the view is unobstructed. Take an easy evening with alternative programs in case either the light won’t show or the clouds are to thick though in that case the clouds will show green themselves on your camera, imagine that! (Two specific photos attached) And… warm snacks and beverages as much as you want and... toilets at the base of the hill!

體驗算不錯！當天下午4點多購買行程，晚上7點半出發～ 美中不足的地方是，攝影師幫忙拍照但沒有說一個人拍多久以及如何進行～ 拍出來的效果也還好而已? 但有看到極光已經不錯了！
