Staff is super nice and accommodating. Manager was there all weekend and very friendly. We had not originally planned on the stay there, but our cruise got cancelled. We had a very nice stay there. This hotel is recently renovated and is extremely clean. Pool area was nice and there was plenty to do in the city. We will be back to stay again, when we come to visit family!

Mark and his staff all went out of their way to host our team of 60 high school athletes and parent chaperones. Our rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and they made sure we had plenty of towels each day. We often depart early for our meet before breakfast is served so getting athletes fed is difficult. Patricia and Mark made sure a full hot breakfast was ready by 5:15 am and it was by far the best breakfast experience we’ve ever had as a team! (At other hotels we’re lucky to get a to-go bagel or muffin that early) Another important thing that we appreciated was the hotel was fully ready with keys made, and rooms assigned for each of our 25 rooms prior to our arrival. The check-in experience was a breeze! With that many kids were often sitting in the lobby, waiting for the hotel to make the keys and get organized. I can’t say enough about their kindness and hospitality. This is going to be our “go to” hotel anytime we’re in the Orlando Lakeland area! 110% recommend

Our HS cross country team stayed 2 nights here and the manager did a wonderful job accomodating our every need! The breakfast staff even opened up earlier for our team to be able to eat before our meet! Very friendly staff, great rooms, and value for our dollar. We were very satisfied with our stay!

First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. From the front desk always making sure we had what we needed, to housekeeping keeping the rooms clean during our two night stay. Patricia(the breakfast attendant) was by far the most generous and caring breakfast host. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our Cross Country team of 61 students and six adults stayed here while attending a very large invitational nearby. We were extremely impressed with the hospitality that The staff provided us! They were always asking if they could help in anyway, or provide us with with anything we needed throughout our stay. They were so kind and supportive of our team. It was so heartwarming that you almost forgot you were in a hotel.

Despite being overwhelmed, Jeremy got us a wonderful king suite. There was 24 hour coffee and it was centrally located near places to eat. We were in a tough disposition as all of the hotels were booked in Tampa and further north to plant, Florida. Very fortunate to get a great room. There were 57 rooms that were booked within 20 minutes due to Cruz cancellations, and hurricane residence. Jeremy was awesome as was Patricia who took care of breakfast and Nicole at checkout. We could not have asked for better service or better people.

We rented a room for three night to ride our hurricane Milton. @$209 per night. We started taking water through the windows almost immediately. Power went out around midnight. No generators. We still did not have power when we left this morning (Saturday). Fire alarm repeatedly went off all night Thursday night. The night clerk was rude as hell. Most of the time there was no clerk at all. I can't believe they're charging anyone $200plus per night.
