Fantastisk god kantarellagniotti till förrätt och entrecote satt som en smäck.
Personalen kändes lite förvirrad, fick bröd och smör men alla fick inte bestick till detta. Vid beställningen av förrätt glömdes drycken bort.
Ljudnivån var hög, så hade ganska svårt att höra vad servitris sa när hon berättade om maten och förslaget av dryck. Blev en god irish coffee som avslut på denna middag.

Excellente cuisine, les frites et la salade un peu grasse, mais le reste était parfait! Le service au top avec de belles jeunes femmes sympathiques et souriantes. Une belle terrasse, les chaises pourraient être un peu plus confortables. Ceci dit le 5/5 est mérité !

Bryggargatan Bistro och Bar – A Standout Dining Experience in Skellefteå

Easily one of the top dining spots—if not the top—in Skellefteå. The food is fresh, local, and full of creativity, with thoughtful touches that elevate the whole experience.

I dropped in on a Tuesday evening and was seated quickly. I was looked after by Meya and Philmon, who struck that perfect balance of friendly and professional. They clearly knew the menu well and offered great suggestions throughout the evening.

The complimentary bread? A revelation. Like a little spiced cupcake, warm and fluffy, paired perfectly with a flavorful compound butter.

For starters, I had two beautifully cooked scallops served with a creamy sauce and a crisp little croquette—pro tip: mop it all up with that delicious bread.

The steak “sandwich” was unlike anything I’ve had before. Think creamy, almost avocado-textured sauce, cured steak, and a biscuit base. It was bold, inventive, and seriously tasty.

Just when I thought the evening couldn’t get better, the team surprised me with a complimentary non-alcoholic drink—Vista Vinbar—which was refreshing and a lovely finishing touch.

All in all, an outstanding experience that mixes finesse with warmth. Bryggargatan deserves all the praise it gets—and then some.

Personer så menyn var redan förbestämd och bokad. Köttet - flappstek, extremt segt och kändes allmänt ha låg kvalitet samt kocken hade helt glömt salta köttet - samtliga 8 som valde kött ville salta på det. Bad en servitris om salt vilket hon sa att hon skulle fixa - fick dock vänta drygt 10 minuter efter det på att få saltet till bordet så då var det ju för sent.
Kvällens enda plus var Toast Skagen som var riktigt god.
Lär dröja innan vi tänker i banorna att återkomma då det finns andra restauranger i stan som levererar på betydligt högra nivå när det gäller kvalitet och service.

Mycket trevlig personal som hjälpte oss att välja maträtt då vi hade svårt att välja, vi tog musslan som snack och den var otroligt god. Hade gärna bara ätit musslan 25 musslor.

Sedan till varmrätt delade vi på ankan och fisken, båda smakade magi och kan inte rekommendera den ena över den andra. Man måste då njuta av båda.

Ett halvt glas vitt och och hälft glas rött till respektive rätt blev vi serverade och dom passade riktigt bra till.
Stor rekommendation och löjromspizzan kan man skippa. Dom andra rätterna är mer värda.

This is a place I recommend if you want to go to a nice restaurant in Skellefteå. However, I don't know about the taste of the food.
I ordered steak and truffle pasta.
The steak was not rested, and the truffle pasta was salty, sour, and floury. Because of that, I asked the staff but they didn’t try to communicate with their customer. I was told that truffles are originally like that and that Swedish food is originally salty. Truffles are not sour, and Swedish food is not salty and harmonious. Well-made fresh pasta doesn't taste like flour. It doesn't have to be perfect. At least I hope they don't blame the customers who can't eat poorly cooked food.
