Smooth and friendly approach to customers unless you have a problem…I booked all my activities with this company. It was definitely not cheap. Unfortunately my daughter got sick, therefore I logically asked the reimbursement or an exchange for another activity later. I understand they must have conditions but if a small kid gets sick of all the sudden, they can do an effort. I would understand if they reimburse you at least for a child or give you a voucher for « next time » when you come, just as a client’s gesture. They are definitely not client oriented company regarding this issue.
Otherwise all the instructors and guides were really nice, international, open minded and friendly.

Une belle organisation, bien rodée et très professionnelle malgré le nombre de clients qui défilent. Tout est huilé de façon à ne rien laisser au hasard.
Accueil de qualité, guides sympathiques et attentifs.
Nous avons effectué la promenade en traîneau à chiens et le scooter des neiges le soir (petite déception quand au circuit du scooter qui est tellement balisé et utilisé que l’on a plus tellement l’impression d’être dans la nature).
Bref, une adresse à recommander.

Enjoyed the ride! They provide gear. It still recommended to wear double heat tech baselayer and wool socks if you not used to the - 15 to - 21 degrees.

Great company to deal with. Organized. We did the combo husky and reindeer tour. The husky ride was the highlight of our trip.

Had a great time with the activities. From Reindeer rides, snowmobiles, husky rides everything was a great experience. The rental winter gear was a good idea.

Lappland Safaries have a lot of very interesting safaris, from Reindeer-Tour, Husky-Tour, different Snowmobile-Tours and many others. 2 years ago I made the first 3 tours, now in January I made the snowmobile- and the Husky-Tour. Both of them at about -30 degrees, so very very cold. The snowmobile-tour is in 2 hrs and 4 hrs available, rhe Husky-tour lasts 2,5 hrs. Nevertheless the guides are due to the very cold weather very responsable and aquip you with any necessary stuff not to get to cold...;-)
Honestly, you shouldn't miss one or two of this exiting and interesting tours!

Nous avons réservé deux activités avec la compagnie : les raquettes et la matinée " Huskies + rênes ".
Nous avons été ravis de l'équipe, de l'excursion des chiens de traîneau/rênes où l'on a pu profiter pleinement des deux activités sans être pressé (petit bémol pour ne pas pouvoir changer de "conducteur" du traîneau). Malgré le groupe d'environ 20 personnes nous n'avons pas senti cet effet "trop touristique".
L'équipe à été top pour les raquettes en nous laissant profiter de la vue et en nous expliquant plusieurs faits sur la laponie.
L'agence est bien faite et grande, elle dispose de toilettes (petit + comparé à d'autres agences). Ils prêtent des vêtements pour le froid ce qui est pratique.

Nous recommandons cette agence et les deux activités que nous avons faites.

Merci pour ce temps nous en gardons un bon souvenir.
