We came to feed the reindeers, but we seen the amazing deal to have some lunch (ending at 14:00). We were very late already (13:50) but the staff spoke to eachother, and told us we could go for lunch! The taste was lovely and the buffet choice was plenty. Finishing with the view on the reindeers it was an amazing experience. After the lunch, we fed the reindeers with lichen (€8 at the hotel reception). Thank you so much !

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we heard it's possible to see the reindeer at their back yard, so we drove there. A group of 7 reindeer in a large enclosure at the back of the hotel is easily accessible. You can buy some lichen for them at the reception/bar area for 8€ and the reindeer will happily munch it off your hand. A great option to see these cute animals up close.

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great.||Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

This was our 5th stay at the K5 hotel and I’m not sure I’d stay anywhere else. We’ve stayed in the hotel and cabins and both are great. This time we stayed in a cabin. It had everything we needed and was lovely and warm despite very cold outside temperatures. The staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed using the bar of an evening. The kids always enjoy feeding the reindeer out the back. It’s an ideal location for exploring Levi, walking distance to the slopes, restaurants, supermarket and excursion pick up points.

Het huis en de kamers waren goed. Het waren wel allemaal losse bedden en persoonlijk heeft een tweepersoons matras mijn voorkeur.

Fijn dat er een sauna in zat.

Er hadden wel meer grote pannen enzo in de keuken mogen zijn. De villa is voor grote groepen maar voor zoveel mensen koken was een uitdaging.

Fijn dat er ontbijt bij zat. Het ontbijt was prima.

De locatie is erg goed. Je zit dicht bij het dorp.

I have never felt better in another hotel, K5 is wonderful and the people are so nice. I come from a country where people are not very kind, but in the end I really thanked them for their smiles and kindness. The rooms are big, I had a view of reindeer from the room, reindeer that I fed, reindeer food can be purchased right at the hotel. The food was good, but I was not used to Finnish food, but for those from the area it must be delicious. The hotel is located very very close to everything you need, slopes, shops, restaurants. I can't wait to come back next season.

O hotel é muito bom e comparando com os demais tem um ótimo custo x beneficio.|Cafe da manhã com dezenas de itens, muitos locais, alimentos sem gluten, nota 10 para o cafe.||O quarto que fiquei era bem grande, com anti-sala, secadora de roupas de inverno, muitos guarda roupas, tv com youtube, cama confortável, banheira (não tinha sauna) frigobar, chaleira elétrica e uma vista espetacular.||O hotel fica a cerca de 5 min caminhando até o zero point. O ônibus aeroporto Kittila x Levi (10 euros) nos deixou na porta. ||A area do hotel é bem grande, tem renas, chalés e cerca de 500m está um lago congelado ideal para ver a aurora boreal. ||Gostamos de tudo, exceto a toalha muito fina, porem tem roupão de boa qualidade. ||O preço foi ótimo comparado aos demais hoteis similares e só pelo cafe da manhã já valeu a pena!
