En recension som beskriver upplevelsen var: It's a nice experience, only €30 per person for a 50m ride, but you can't touch the reindeer. The girl who helped us was bored, she was very basic, she didn't explain anything, she was never friendly or smiled at anything. After finishing the ride, we walked around the place to look for more activities. I recommend that they should have a better attitude with tourists, good customer service brings you more clients.

It's a nice experience, only €30 per person for a 50m ride, but you can't touch the reindeer. The girl who helped us was bored, she was very basic, she didn't explain anything, she was never friendly or smiled at anything. After finishing the ride, we walked around the place to look for more activities. I recommend that they should have a better attitude with tourists, good customer service brings you more clients.

Meeting and riding the reindeer was truly a magical and unforgettable experience. Getting up close with these beautiful animals and learning about them from the incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff made the experience even more special.

The ride itself was absolutely breathtaking gliding through the snow-covered landscape felt like something out of a winter fairytale. The reindeer were well cared for, and the entire experience was perfectly organized, ensuring both comfort and enjoyment.

The staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out the most. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had the best possible experience. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend this incredible reindeer adventure!

It was fun ride my guide Hendrik was very sweet and he explained a few good things.
This is a must do activity if you are visiting Santa clause village. It was but chilly but they will provide you warmers which are made by using raindeer skin
You can buy ticket just next to the gate of reindeer farm.

It was delightful to meet and get up close to the reindeer. I discovered some of them enjoy having the base of their tail scratched. 😊
I also appreciated the STRONG brewed coffee in the Saame Teepee.
Toni was very informative about the reindeer and Saame people.
I enjoyed my visit from AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺

Zo schattig! De dieren zijn zeer tam en lief. De verzorgster zorgt erg goed voor de dieren, je ziet dat ze dol op haar zijn.

It was a wonderful experience. We went inside the reindeer enclosure, where we were able to feed and pet them. We enjoyed the explanations from our guide, Johanna, who was very good at telling us a little about the reindeer's life. We went in August, with a beautiful weather.

A really atmospheric place, but if you’re looking for an actual reindeer sleigh adventure, I’d highly recommend going to a reindeer farm deep in the forest, away from the crowds. There are plenty of options across Finland, like the ones near Ruka or the incredible Lammintupa farm, where you can experience the ride in a much more natural and immersive way.

From our perspective, this place just didn’t have the right vibe. Tourists everywhere, people watching from all sides, it felt more like walking in circles under observation than a real adventure. If you want to truly connect with nature, look elsewhere.

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l'ensemble. Néanmoins, la balade n'a durée que quelques minutes pour 30€, le prix est assez élevé pour un petit lapse de temps..c'est dommage.
