Ingen kan tala om för mig som företagskund var eller om mina fakturor är betalda eller inte. Har pratat med olika personer 3st från ikea och 1 från ikano bank kunde säga någonting om min faktura var betal eller ej. Hur svår kan det vara.

Här har man väntat i 30 minuter för att fä hjälp och när det är ens tur, då lägger ni på. Där får ni ju hitta en lösning.

I have tried to report a complaint about the Ektorp sofa since November 2023 and keep getting the run around. Then, after several attempts on my part by email, I finally get a reply today from IKEA by contacting their Facebook page. They say the creased cushions and wrinkles are due to wear and tear and suggest I plump the cushions?!
The sofa should not look like the photos show after one use and I've only had the sofa assembled since September 2023. The seat cushion also shouldn't have a seam in the centre, which bends, offering no support when you sit on it. Ridiculous!
Original Complaint:
I bought the Ektorp beige 3-seater sofa only a couple of months ago (August 2023) and I want to throw it away. As others have said on the IKEA website, the sofa seats and back cushions lose shape easily, cushions don't keep their shape and the covers wrinkle easily, even after plumping them daily!
After wasting several hours ironing the covers, they wrinkled straight away. The inner cushions are so poor (it seems the inserts aren't stuffed enough and there's a line in the centre of the seat cushion, which makes a dent in the centre of the seat). The inner shell/cushion material wrinkle and the inner cushion bends slightly in the centre of the seat, which causes the outer covers to wrinkle instantly.
The seat cushions also sag towards the front so they look unkempt and aren't comfortable.

I read many positive reviews online about this sofa before buying it, which is perplexing. So, either the quality of the sofa and manufacturing has decreased over the years or the reviews aren't true. I am very disappointed!

My review concerns IKEA Saudi Arabia. I bought a kitchen from IKEA and it is a struggle with the installation. The company responsible for delivery an installation is not professional at all. I like IKEA products but their after sale service in Saudi Arabia is damaging the reputation of IKEA and is below the standards of IKEA.
