Worst ever service centre..Never go there...had a bitter experience as I had to change my 12 Pro Max battery...First, they called me to their centre without telling that before battery replacement it must be 10% charge. It was the 1st mistske by the centre...next they let me sat for 2 hours to drain out battery then the front desk lady took out my screen protector and said now its not possible. HOW CAN YOU WASTE SOME ONE'S TIME AND MONEY? WORST EVER EXPERIENCE..Next they told me to come next week.Are you nuts? You are valueless not the customers!!! Complete waste of time and money!!Never go there

I request all new persons Don't waste your time in this F1 info service. I want to replace my Iphone 13 pro Max battery, they said 6700 in phone call. When I visit their they said battery swelling and it cost will 15000 rupees and need to sent the phone to Bengaluru. Then I request them and they said they can do this at 12000.
They are literally finding scratches and other things to increase the cost.
I disappointed and visited another service centre which is near Railway Station and they just replaced my battery in 7000 rupees and they did not notice anything. I also requested them to do my work first because I have to pick train, an engineer tell me he will do before train time. And he done this in just 1.5 hour. Their service is too good, they try to impress customers and behaviour is too good.
If you have a lot of money to waste then just go to F1 Info service. I visited their 2 times and I disappointed both time. Behaviour is also not good, they think Apple is their father’s company and money will credit from their bank account. I can challenge, F1 Info service did not approved any person’s warranty in their carrier. If a person buy a phone 1 hour ago and it becomes defective and want to claim warranty, they will not provide you warranty. They will try their best to reject it.

Totally worse experience , I've called them for a issue on my iPhone 15 .
After picking my call , the person didn't even listened my issue and said that he will call me back , but it's been almost 2 days there's no call back from them .
Ghatia service ? , he was behaving like he's the CEO of apple . As a employee , he should've act like a employee not like a boss ?.

Worst experience. I submitted my phone for heating issue while using camera. But they gave my phone back after updating and restoring. Useless

I have got my apple product repaired here multiple times, but this time they have charged ₹500 rupees just to check my airpods, I mean who charge 500 bucks just to check if it's repairable or not! This checking should be free of cost. Charge should be only if u r repairing it.

Lack of solutions, doesn't have a magsafe wireless charger. My phone's Charging port was not working. The solution is was provided was : i will have to submit my phone to them and it will be sent to Banglore ETA 10-15 days. Service Phone will be provided after 24 working day hours. I asked them to clean the port ... And it can't be done here it will be sent to Banglore.. Very Genius support of Apple Even after getting Apple care services.. and i had to wait for maybe a week... But Front Desk Person were polite... I cane here after going to Macintel solutions same thing over ther.. i have put the same rivew over there ...It took me just 5 mins to fix this issue .. took some isopropyl alcohol and cleaned the port .. and its working now ... Thanks Apple for your wonderful support.

Very pathetic experience. They don't even check a phone properly. My new ( iphone 14 plus )5 months old under warranty. turning off constantly they did a software reset once and gave it back. The problem came again i gave it back and they again did the same thing claiming that the problem is not showing when the phone is with them i asked them to use the phone rather than just keeping it aside, For knowing about the problem. They said yes they used it and the problem is not coming but guess what i proved in-front of them that they didn't use any single app, i allowed (microphone and location and etc access)in the apps when the phone was handed over to me. They said they cannot send it to Bangalore for further proceedings As per their rules because the problem is not showing in there hands.But instantly when they returned the phone the phone again switched off in-front of the executive authorised person of the service centre and once again in the hand of the same person and its proven that its a defect in the phone but they asked me to make a video of it in-front of the technician ?. For proof. What? is that for real? Shall i pay 95k for a phone and purchase extended warranty for this? I am facing this problem and they dont care. This is a never ending process they will always return the phone like this claiming the phone is ok because they dont check it and one year will pass and i will face the problem they will say they are not facing it. Being a customer it was a very pathetic experience. A big shame for -
1. Lying on the face of the customers
2. Rejecting the rights of claims of a customer
3. Wasting so many days and harassing and not receiving calls
4. Not doing proper duty and neglecting the further processes
5. Extending the days of actual problem solving procedure

i buy this phone and after 7/8 month of used of phone its heated to much ,its looks likes that blast , after I faces this issue on this new phone ,I go to apple service centre ans i show him that mobile is heated to much and service boy has also realised that the new mobile is heated to much and he told me that the phone you come after some days we check and fix it.But after 1week i was goint to service centre’s for my mobile but service boy is told me that its normal .why are you doing a harrestment . My phone was only 7/8 month old and its faces problem . I am not certified by your service centre.
