Visited this restaurant during a typical Thursday lunch with a few of my work colleagues. Since it's located in the Market Place Plaza, there's plenty of parking available. The restaurant boasts a tropical-themed ambiance with ample seating.

Their burgers are generously sized, and with a side of fries, they make for a fulfilling meal. For those looking for a lighter option, they offer a burger bowl and a beach bowl. The beach bowl with fish, however, was a bit too salty and didn't quite hit the mark, while the burger bowl was pretty good, though the portion size was a bit on the smaller side.

The service was a little slow, which was surprising given that it wasn't a rush lunch.

Overall, if you're craving a burger joint that's different from the usual chain spots, this place is worth a visit.

Visited this place twice in a week. There was no wait for weekday lunch. Pretty standard American food. Tried the kilauea burger for the first time and the chicken sandwich later. The size of the burger and the sandwich is big, you can be full easily with the fries. Service is various depending on where you sit. It is a nice place for a quick American meal.

What can one say about an Islands that has not already been said? The atmosphere of this restaurant chain is family-friendly, fun, and super clean. Even the restrooms are kept in impeccable order. The food is always delicious and the staff is very courteous. Plus, as a surfer and skiing advocate, i can't get enough of surf/ ski programming on the TVs. For this review, I would like to focus on the staff, as they are part of what makes every Islands visit exceptional.

I had placed my order on the app, only to have the app crash and lose my order. Now i had very detailed in placing the first order, so that when I had to do it again, I was a little frustrated, to say the least, and missed adding two items the second time around.

Upon arrival at the restaurant, I noticed that upon paying, the price was less than I expected, and this was when I noticed my mistake. The staff quickly took things in hand, modified my order, saying it was no problem, and even added a drink I had not considered until I saw what was provided in my "little's" order.

It did take a few minutes longer to prepare the additional items for our order, but the staff offered us complimentary drinks while we waited and were super friendly, to the point that three different staff members reviewed and check on everything while we waited.

This level of customer service is not really something I feel can be taught. It's something that comes from within a person who ensures they are doing their best job while ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service they are receiving. It's a level of professionalism that you don't find very often in large chain organizations, but this Islands has in spades.

I commend the staff at this location for their performance and skill at making patrons feel both welcome and the focus of attention for their dinning experience. Can't wait to go back!

I went there as Sunday with a friend, Dylan was our server wonderful person /server. He made us feel like family. Dylan made suggestions to make my meal more enjoyable.

Overall a great spot for a burger. Have not been to an island's since the early 2000s but can say that while the menu has changed a little, all of the food is still looking delicious. The Kilauea Burger is a great choice and I highly recommend their lineup of summertime drinks.

Islands is always a cool spot, I've been going ever since I was a kid. The food is always consistent, and there's something for everyone. Our server Danielle was awesome, attentive, pleasant and engaging. Well be back for sure.

First time at this Islands and upon being seated the table was not clean. Burgers were tasty, asked for medium well and was definitely well done. Truffle fries weren't that great, tasted a bit stale to be honest. And literally had to ask multiple times for napkins.

Go up
